The palate dances with harmonious notes of raisin and vanilla, accompanied by the delightful essence of candied citrus peel, with a subtle touch of spiced cinnamon and roasted wattleseed. Featuring 'Paddle Boarders' by Australian artist, Craig Parnaby, living the summer dream with their 4 legged friend.

Appearance: Warm golden amber.

Cascara is the coffee cherry husk of the coffee plant, and adds a sweet raisin and red currant flavour to our Amber Spiced Gin.

We infuse vanilla pods after distillation to bring enhance those sweet vanilla flavours, and bring them forward alongside the cascara.
