Amber Spiced Gin x Campos
Capturing the essence of the holiday season on 'the beaches', where each warm summer day melts into the next. No rush, no plans, just endless days of catching waves and paddling, capping it off with a cool gin and tonic at sunset.
A collaboration between friends, intertwining the unique coastal and zesty undertones of Manly Spirits gin, complemented by an infusion of Campos Cascara - the dried, aromatic husks of coffee cherries. The palate dances with harmonious notes of raisin and vanilla, accompanied by the delightful essence of candied citrus peel, with a subtle touch of spiced cinnamon and roasted wattleseed. Featuring 'Paddle Boarders' by Australian artist, Craig Parnaby, living the summer dream with their 4 legged friend.

CASCARA

VANILLA POD
We infuse vanilla pods after distillation to bring enhance those sweet vanilla flavours, and bring them forward alongside the cascara.

CINNAMON
We distill cinnamon quills in our Amber Spiced Gin to balance the sweet, fruity flavours of cascara and vanilla, with a hint of spice.

ORANGE PEEL
Orange peel is one of the real heroes in our Australian Dry Gin and Amber Spiced Gin, bringing a bright & fresh citrus characteristic balanced with the juniper and peppery notes.

WATTLESEED
Wattleseed brings a distinct nutty, coffee and roasted character to our spirits, which really emulates the uniqueness of the Australian bush.

FINGER LIME
Finger Lime is a rainforest fruit grown in the hinterland of the northern rivers of NSW & QLD. The lime crystals are packed with a highly concentrated lime flavour that explodes in your mouth.

ORRIS ROOT
Orris root has an earthy yet floral flavour profile, and when distilled, it is used to bind and enhance the flavours of other botanicals.

ANGELICA
Angelica root is one of the traditional gin botanicals, and has a slightly bitter, herbal and earthy flavour.

MOUNTAIN PEPPER LEAF
We use the leaf of the Mountain Pepper plant, harvested from Tasmania, which adds a mild chilli and peppery character to our gin.

JUNIPER
If you’ve ever tried juniper berries, it’s likely that you instantly thought of gin. Juniper is what makes a gin, a gin. It’s the strong piney notes that really shine when distilled, giving gin that beautifully unique ‘gin’ characteristic.

CORIANDER SEED
Coriander seeds bring a beautiful lemony citrus flavour to our traditional gin botanical base.

CARDAMOM
Green cardamom seeds bring a slightly sweet pine character to our traditional gin botanical base.
