Australian Dry Gin 200ml

Australian Dry Gin 200ml. A mini version of our most award-winning gins! Perfect to use for gifts in hampers, Christmas stocking fillers, or even on its own.

Our Australian Dry Gin has a delectable blend of ten carefully-considered sustainably foraged marine, Australian native and traditional botanicals distilled into a pure Australian wheat spirit. The bright, fresh flavours of the citrus, marine & juniper give way to the gentle peppery notes on the palate to deliver a complex lingering finish.

THE INSPIRATION

The first of our range of world class gins, the Australian Dry Gin was designed to capture the diversity of marine & Australian natives found around Manly's famed beach.

SEA LETTUCE

Sea Lettuce is a algae that grows on the rock shelves, which makes it an incredibly dangerous botanical to forage (our team have the scars to prove it!). We only collect what we need, and a little bit goes a long way as its important to balance the beautiful umami, oceanic character that sea lettuce brings to our spirits.
