Our Spirits

Are your spirits gluten free, nut free and vegan?

Yes! All of our spirit range including our gins, whisky, liqueurs are gluten free, nut free and vegan. The distillation process removes any gluten and so you can enjoy with friends without any problems.

How do I pick a gin or whisky to buy online?

At Manly Spirits Co. we understand and appreciate how botanicals can emit different flavours within our gins and how flavours can evolve through the ageing of our whiskies.

We create different types of gin and whiskies to suit different tastes. If you’d like to try before you buy, we would love to guide you through our Gin Distillery Tour or Whisky Tour & Tasting and give you a chance to find the one you love.

Payment & Vouchers

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept paypal, VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes we do! Please go to the gift voucher page to purchase. We have both experience and product gift vouchers. Once payment is confirmed, a digital voucher will be sent to the recipient by email. They will then be able to use the voucher code to either book an experience buy any of our products online (dependant on the gift voucher type) in-store at our Brookvale location, or call us to redeem for any ticketed events with availability. Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from purchase, and are not refundable.

Is my gift voucher refundable?

No. Gift vouchers are non-refundable or transferrable between experience/products.  Gift vouchers can however be transferred to another recipient.

Can I apply my gift voucher to other Manly Spirits products or services?

No.  Distillery Experience gift vouchers can only be redeemed for the original Distillery Experience chosen.

Orders

How do you ensure on time delivery?

We dispatch all online orders from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm using Australia Post, Couriers Please or Fastway services, depending on your location, and we endeavour to have your order delivered to your door within five business days.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately due to different alcohol licensing across the world we cannot offer overseas shipping directly from our website. We do however sell across areas in the UK, USA and New Zealand. To find out more where you can get our spirits in these countries head here.

Can I return my order for a refund?

We want you to be 100% happy with your order and it is our aim to ensure that all products supplied to all customers arrive in perfect condition.

Manly Spirits Co. Distillery handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Please notify us within 12 days of purchase if you wish to return your order.

If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products provided that you inform us of your intention to return the products within seven working days from the date of your order being delivered. However, we will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.

What are your trading hours?

Thursday to Friday 4-10pm, Saturday 12-10pm, Sunday 12-6pm

Do I need to book?

We'd recommend booking to ensure your spot here. We accept walk-ins if we have capacity.

Where can I park?

There is plenty of parking inside the industrial estate after 4pm any day due to many neighbouring businesses closing for the day. We suggest catching public transport or uber so as to allow you to enjoy your Gins

Do you have an outdoor area?

Yes! We have an outdoor area out the front of our venue which is perfect for afternoon sunshine drinks.

Do you allow dogs?

Yes! Dogs are allowed in our Distillery Tasting bar and barrel store.

However unfortunately, we don’t allow them within our gin school experiences for your safety (The Stillhouse – with the exception of guide dogs).

Do you have disabled access?

Yes, please call us to discuss special requirements.

Is it possible to arrange a private group experience for a corporate or after party?

Yes we do offer private gin tours, whisky tours, cocktail masterclass and gin making classes for corporate events, birthday parties, hens nights or bucks nights and team building experiences. Where is the nearest bus stop?

You can catch the B-Line from Wynyard or Newport to Warringah Mall / Brookvale bus stop, and it’s about a 10 minute walk from the bus stop to our distillery.

How do I book a Distillery Experience?

Book Online

Fill out your details and pay by debit/credit card on checkout. You will receive a confirmation of your booking by email.

Can I cancel/reschedule my booking?

Covid: If you need to cancel for Covid related reasons, please notify us as soon as possible and we can issue you with a gift card redeemable for 2 years.

For Gin Tours, Whisky Tours and Cocktail Masterclasses:

We don’t offer refunds but we’ll happily reschedule your booking given at least 48 hours notice. We can reschedule you with less than 48 hours notice however please note you will incur a cancellation fee for this.

Gin cancellation fee: $10
Whisky tour cancellation fee: $20
Cocktail masterclass cancellation fee: $30

Please note, cancellation notifications must be done in writing via email addressed to venue@manlyspirits.com.au

For Gin Making Classes:

Cancellation by you

Gin Making class tickets are non-refundable. What we do offer is the following;

Cancellation 72 hours prior to event:

  • Reschedule date or
  • Gin School Gift card which is redeemable for 2 years

Cancellation within 72 hours of event

  • welcome to send someone else in your place
  • Please notify us via email at venue@manlyspirits.com.au. Please supply us your full name and order number, together with the full name and contact details of the person attending.

Please note, cancellation notifications must be done in writing via email addressed to venue@manlyspirits.com.au
Sorry, we cannot accept a call or a voicemail as a notification.
Please note: Your ticket(s) will be forfeited if you don’t show up for the class.

Cancellation by Manly Spirits Co.

If we haven’t reached the minimum number of 4 participants for a class, we reserve the option to cancel the class up to 7 days prior to its date. We will inform you within 7 days of the class date and we will give you the option to either

  1. Receive a full refund, or;
  2. Reschedule for a later date, or;
  3. Issue you a gift voucher valid for up to 2 years.
Is my Distillery Experience gift voucher refundable?

No. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be used as value towards retail purchases. Gift vouchers can however be transferred to another recipient.

How do I redeem my Distillery Experience gift voucher?

Follow this link to our event booking system to select your preferred class date and time, subject to availability.

HOW TO REDEEM
1. Choose your date.
2. Choose how many people you are booking for.
3. In Contact & Payment section, select ‘Apply a Gift Card’ and enter gift card number.  If your gift card code is only 5 characters, you’ll need to add a ‘0’ in front eg. 0_____
4. Enter your contact details. 
5. Select complete & pay to book.

When will I receive my Distillery Experience gift voucher?

You can choose for the recipient to receive the gift voucher straight away by including their email address.  Otherwise you can just enter your own email address and a digital gift voucher will be emailed to you immediately via our gift voucher system. This will give you options to download a hardcopy if required. Please check ‘junk’ email if you do not receive this. If you still have not received please contact us by either emailing venue@manlyspirits.com.au or call 02 80185144.

How long is a Distillery Experience gift voucher valid for?

Your gift voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Can I apply my gift voucher to other Manly Spirits products or services?

No. Distillery Experience gift vouchers can only be redeemed for the original Distillery Experience chosen.

How long are the Distillery Experiences?

Gin & Whisky Tours go for approx 1.5hrs. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour to grab yourself a G&T and make sure the tour can start on time.  If you’re planning your evening with friend, allow for time after the tour to relax and enjoy our delicious cocktail menus.

Cocktail Masterclasses and Gin Making Classes go for 2 hours.  Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure the class starts on time and gives you time to grab your included G&T on arrival and meet the rest of the classmates.
