Where sandstone cliffs meet crashing surf and coastal legends are born — North Head Gin is a tribute to one of Australia’s most iconic headlands and its commanding role in shaping our history.

Distilled at a formidable Navy Strength of 58%, this is our boldest, driest gin yet — forged with precision, power, and purpose. A triple-hit of juniper (steeped, distilled, and vapour infused) lays down the law, backed by native blood lime, rainforest lime, lemon myrtle and a gentle lift of red rose petals. Riberry adds subtle spice. The finish? Long, clean, and unmistakably coastal.

Inspired by North Head’s wartime grit, where WWII fortifications once watched over Sydney Harbour, this gin channels the spirit of old Navy traditions — strong enough to ignite gunpowder, and sharp enough to cut through any mix.

ANISE MYRTLE

A sub-tropical Australian native tree traditionally found in the rainforests of Northern NSW. Slightly sweet liquorice profile on the front palate, which builds and lingers on the back palate to a refreshing, earthy menthol profile similar to star anise.

Orange peel is one of the real heroes in our Australian Dry Gin, bringing a bright & fresh citrus characteristic balanced with the marine, juniper and peppery notes.
