The Distillery Party
Food, drinks and the space sorted for the whole night.
- Best for: Work Christmas parties and company celebrations where one person has to organise the lot.
- Guests: 30–100+.
- Space: The semi-exclusive Barrel Room or the whole indoor venue.
- Food: Arrival grazing, then a food truck or catering later in the event. Arrival grazing is free for Christmas parties with a deposit paid by 16 October 2026.
- Drinks: A bar tab with cocktails, spritzes, G&Ts, beer, wine and non-alcoholic options.
- Your music, DJ and decorations by arrangement, with venue-team coordination support.
Cocktail Class + Party
Start together behind the bar, then keep celebrating.
- Best for: Small teams and milestone birthdays that want an activity, not only drinks.
- Guests: 10–25.
- Format: A private hosted cocktail class making three signature cocktails, then stay on for drinks or a longer celebration.
- Food: Add grazing and other food options as required.
- Drinks: Add a bar tab for after the class.

Worked example: 50 guests at The Distillery Party. A $3,000 bar tab plus a food truck at approximately $1,500 is about $4,500, or $90 a head, with arrival grazing free when your deposit is paid by 16 October 2026.

How many people can we bring?
The Barrel Room is a semi-exclusive option for 30+ guests, with a minimum spend. Entire indoor venue hire for the bar and Barrel Room suits 30–100+ guests. Smaller groups can book a reserved area, and Cocktail Classes suit 10–25 guests.
How does a bar tab work?
You set the limit and choose which drinks are on it. Once it is reached, you can top it up or guests can buy their own drinks.
What food can we have?
Our most popular format is grazing as guests arrive, followed by a food truck or catering later in the event. In-house food and mobile catering can also be discussed.
Is there a minimum for a food truck?
Food trucks work to a minimum of approximately $1,500 in food spend, depending on the supplier and event. We’ll confirm it in your quote.
What about non-drinkers and dietary requirements?
The bar carries non-alcoholic options alongside cocktails, spritzes, G&Ts, beer and wine. Tell us about dietary requirements when you enquire and we’ll plan the food around them.
Can we bring our own DJ, music or decorations?
Yes, by arrangement. Talk to the venue team about sound, timing and safety requirements before confirming your plans.
Can we add a Cocktail Class?
Yes, for groups of 10–25 guests. The private class can start the occasion before drinks or a longer celebration. Timing and inclusions are confirmed with your quote.
Do minimum spends or venue-hire conditions apply?
Minimum-spend and venue conditions can vary depending on the date, group size, space and event format. The venue team will confirm these in your quote.
Where are you, and how do people get home?
Manly Spirits Co. Distillery is at 4A/9–13 Winbourne Road, Brookvale NSW 2100. Parking is available in the industrial estate, and the Warringah Mall and Brookvale B-Line stops are approximately a 10-minute walk away.
Are all guests required to be 18+?
Alcohol will only be supplied to guests aged 18+ and service is subject to RSA requirements. If your event includes guests under 18, contact the venue team before booking so appropriate arrangements can be confirmed.

2026 promotional terms
These terms apply only to the 2026 Christmas and end-of-year promotion.
The early-booking offer applies to new Christmas and end-of-year event bookings confirmed with a deposit by Friday 16 October 2026. Arrival grazing is provided in a quantity suited to your confirmed guest numbers, as set out in your event quote.
The $3,000 and $4,000 offers apply to the agreed bar-tab value for your event, excluding food, venue hire and cocktail-class fees. The welcome spritz is one Manly Spirits spritz per guest aged 18+, served on arrival.
The early-booking offer can be combined with one bar-tab offer. The $4,000 offer replaces the $3,000 offer. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Alcohol service is subject to responsible service requirements and alcohol will only be supplied to guests aged 18+.
