Pink Paradise

INGREDIENTS

45 ml Lilly Pilly Pink Gin
60 ml Pineapple Juice
60 ml Sweetened Coconut Cream

EQUIPMENT

Pourer
Jigger
Shaker
Strainer
Thin strainer

METHOD

1. Combine & Shake: In a cocktail shaker, add Lilly Pilly Pink Gin, pineapple juice, and sweetened coconut cream with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to chill and blend the mixture.

METHOD

2. Dry Shake & Strain: Strain into shaker again without ice and shake.

3. Strain into a cold coupe glass.

METHOD

4. Garnish with dehydrated lime or fresh pineapple wedge. Enjoy!
