INGREDIENTS

60 ml Lilly Pilly Pink Gin​
30 ml lemon juice​
15 ml sugar syrup​
10 ml hibiscus syrup ​
15 ml aquafaba

Aromatic bubble or raspberry crumble​ to garnish

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake vigorously to chill and combine.

2. Strain the mixture back into the shaker, discarding the ice.
