La Mora Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

45 Australian Dry Gin
30ml Creme De Mure
30ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup

Garnish
Lemon zest, edible flowers & mulberry

Glassware: Rocks Glass

METHOD

1. Add 45ml Manly Spirits Australian Dry Gin, 30ml Crème de Mure, 30ml lemon juice, and 10ml sugar syrup into a shaker with ice.

2. Shake well, then strain into a rocks glass with ice.

3. Peel lemon rind using a peeler and a sharp knife to clean the edges, then twirl.
