Pour it chilled, straight from the freezer, as an after-dinner digestive, over ice with a splash of soda, or long in a Limoncello Spritz with prosecco and soda. One 700ml bottle makes about 11 Limoncello Spritzes.

Hosting? A jug for six is 360ml Zesty Limoncello, 540ml prosecco and 180ml soda over plenty of ice, with thin lemon wheels. Born in Sydney, made for Australia.

Make the Limoncello Spritz

One glass, no shaker, ready in a minute

  • 60ml Manly Spirits Zesty Limoncello
  • 90ml Prosecco
  • 30ml Soda
  • Ice
  • Garnish: A thin lemon wheel
  1. Fill a wine glass or tall tumbler with plenty of ice.
  2. Add 60ml Zesty Limoncello and 90ml of your favourite prosecco.
  3. Top with 30ml soda and stir gently.
  4. Slide a thin lemon wheel down the side of the glass.
Tip from our Spritz Master:Keep the bottle in the freezer so it pours ice cold, and slide the lemon wheel down the inside of the glass rather than floating it on top. Fresh lemon on the nose with every sip.

Zesty Limoncello with a lemon meringue tart finish

True to its name, our Zesty Limoncello pairs a traditional Italian recipe from the Amalfi Coast with some of our favourite foraged Australian botanicals. We hand-peel large, perfumed lemons from an orchard on the Central Coast, north of Sydney, taking care to leave the bitter pith behind, then slowly infuse the peel into smooth grain spirit.

Distillates of native Lemon Aspen and Lemon Myrtle add tart citrus, a hint of honey and a soft eucalyptus lift. The result is sweet and mouth-watering, with a signature sherbet finish and citrus oils that linger. Sip it ice cold after dinner, pour it over ice with soda, or top it with prosecco for a Limoncello Spritz with friends.
