Crafted for the perfect Hugo Spritz with prosecco, soda and wild mint, it's made to be shared from beach days to sunset sessions. One 700ml bottle makes about 11 Hugo Spritzes.

Hosting? A jug for six is 360ml Elderflower Liqueur, 540ml prosecco and 180ml soda over plenty of ice. Born in Sydney, made to bloom for Australia.

Make the Hugo Spritz

One glass, no shaker, ready in a minute

60ml Manly Spirits Elderflower Liqueur
90ml Prosecco
30ml Soda
Ice
Garnish: Wild mint & a lime wedge

Fill a wine glass or tall tumbler with plenty of ice.
Add 60ml Elderflower Liqueur and 90ml of your favourite prosecco.
Top with 30ml soda and stir gently.
Finish with a sprig of wild mint and a wedge of lime.

Tip from our Spritz Master:Clap the mint between your palms before it goes in. It releases the oils, so every sip smells fresh.
