Aperitivo hour just got an Aussie glow up. Add prosecco, soda and a lemon wheel for the Limontivo Spritz, made for golden hours that stretch well into the evening. One 700ml bottle makes about 11 spritzes.

Hosting? A jug for six is 360ml Limontivo, 540ml prosecco and 180ml soda over plenty of ice. Born in Sydney, made for long sunny sessions with your favourite people.

Make the Limontivo Spritz

Dry, citrus-led and clean through the finish

60ml Manly Spirits Limontivo
90ml Prosecco
30ml Soda
Ice
Garnish: A lemon wheel

Fill a wine glass or tall tumbler with plenty of ice.
Add 60ml Limontivo and 90ml of your favourite prosecco.
Top with 30ml soda and stir gently.
Finish with a lemon wheel.

Tip from our Spritz Master:Fill the glass right to the top with ice and don't stir hard: let the bubbles do the mixing. The lemon wheel goes in last, for aroma as much as looks.
