Made for the Spicy Mandy Spritz with prosecco, soda and a fresh chilli, it's the one to pour when the barbecue is on or friends are staying for a long lunch. It makes a great spicy margarita too. One 700ml bottle makes about 11 Spicy Mandy Spritzes.

Hosting? A jug for six is 360ml Spicy Triple Sec, 540ml prosecco and 180ml soda over plenty of ice. Give each glass its own split chilli. Born in Sydney, made for Australia.

Make the Spicy Mandy Spritz

One glass, no shaker, ready in a minute

60ml Manly Spirits Spicy Triple Sec
90ml Prosecco
30ml Soda
Ice
Garnish: One fresh chilli, split lengthways

Fill a wine glass or coupe with plenty of ice.
Add 60ml Spicy Triple Sec and 90ml of your favourite prosecco.
Top with 30ml soda and stir gently.
Finish with one thin fresh chilli, split lengthways.

Spicy Triple Sec takes the classic orange liqueur and gives it some warmth. Crafted at our distillery in Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches with Australian oranges, mandarins and chilli, it opens bright and juicy, then the chilli warmth arrives at the back of the palate rather than the front, with a peppery edge from mountain pepper leaf.

At 20% ABV, it's made for the Spicy Mandy Spritz: plenty of ice, Spicy Triple Sec, prosecco and soda, finished with a fresh chilli. It's just as good shaken into a spicy margarita, or poured over ice with a twist of orange on a warm afternoon at home.
