INGREDIENTS
45ml Grape & Grain Vodka
3 Finger Limes (or 20mls Lime Juice)
20mls Sugar Syrup
6-8 Mint Leaves
Premium Soda Water
METHOD
Muddle finger limes and mint leaves in cocktail shaker, add Grape & Grain Vodka, top with ice and shake until ice cold. Pour in highball over ice and top with premium soda.
Garnish: with finger lime and mint sprig.
