INGREDIENTS
30 ml Lilly Pilly Pink Gin
15 ml Verjuice
10 ml Raspberry Syrup
Top prosecco
Garnish Raspberry Powder
Lemon peel
(discard)
METHOD
Shake all the ingredients except the Prosecco. Double strains into a flute glass.
Add Prosecco and spread some lemon peel essential oil on top of the drink.
