45ml Ruby Cascara Gin
15ml Cherry Liqueur
15ml Lime Juice
30ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup (Sugar to water 1:1)
METHOD
Pour all ingredients (except grenadine) into a shaker with ice. Shake hard & strain into a coupe glass. Drizzle grenadine on top to garnish.
