50ml Lilly Pilly Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
20 ml Rosella & Rose cordial
20 ml Aqua faba (or egg white)
Dried Rose Petals
Dry shake all the ingredients except the lemonade without the ice. Add ice and shake again.
Strain into the highball, add ice and lemonade to top. Garnish with dried rose petals.
Add Prosecco and spread some lemon peel essential oil on top of the drink.
