Ex-Sangiovese casks from Australian winery Mino & Co have given incredible complexity to this whisky. Savour flavours of apricot, cinnamon and lavender.
300L American Oak hogsheads casks were sent to Seppeltsfield in South Australia for renowned barrel cooper Andrew Young to use his magic flame to char these precious barrels before they were sent back to us. All casks were ‘first fill’ having never held whisky, only Sangiovese wine previously, providing an amazing catalogue of flavour.
