Made for the Mandarin Spritz with prosecco, soda and a slice of orange, it's an easy pour for long lunches, backyard afternoons and sunset drinks. One 700ml bottle makes about 11 Mandarin Spritzes, and it's the orange liqueur behind a proper Margarita or Cosmopolitan too.

Hosting? A jug for six is 360ml Mandarin Triple Sec, 540ml prosecco and 180ml soda over plenty of ice, finished with orange slices. Gluten free and preservative free, distilled under the Sydney sun.

Make the Mandarin Spritz

One glass, no shaker, ready in a minute

  • 60ml Manly Spirits Mandarin Triple Sec
  • 90ml Prosecco
  • 30ml Soda
  • Ice
  • Garnish: A slice of orange
  1. Fill a wine glass or tall tumbler with plenty of ice.
  2. Add 60ml Mandarin Triple Sec and 90ml of your favourite prosecco.
  3. Top with 30ml soda and stir gently.
  4. Finish with a fresh slice of orange.
Tip from our Spritz Master:Any glass you'd use for an orange spritz works here. Add the orange slice last: aroma before decoration.

At 20% ABV, it's built for the Mandarin Spritz. Where the classic Italian spritz leans bitter, this one leans juicy: fill a glass with ice, add the Mandarin Triple Sec and your favourite prosecco, top with soda and finish with a slice of orange. When the night calls for a Margarita or a Cosmopolitan, it's the orange liqueur that holds the drink together.
