Bottle in the freezer. Glass in the fridge. Pour it ice cold with vermouth and add an olive (or three). Simple never tasted so good.

Hosting? Keep the bottle in the freezer, a few glasses in the fridge and a bowl of olives on the bench, and every Martini pours ice cold. Born in Sydney, stirred for Australia.

Make the Olive Martini

Ice cold, savoury and simple

60ml Manly Spirits Olive Vodka, straight from the freezer
10ml vermouth
A Martini glass, chilled in the fridge
Garnish: An olive (or three)

Keep the Olive Vodka in the freezer and your Martini glass in the fridge.
Add 60ml Olive Vodka and 10ml vermouth to a shaker or mixing glass over ice.
Shake or stir until ice cold, then strain into the chilled glass.
Finish with an olive (or three) and serve straight away.

Tip from the distillery:Keep the bottle in the freezer between pours, so the next Martini is just as cold as the first.
