About Bourbon Cask

200L ex-bourbon casks from Kentucky form the backbone of this whisky. Maturation was enhanced by also filling re-coopered casks sourced from coopers in Tasmania & South Australia where they were broken down and reformatted into 100L casks.

All casks were ‘first fill’ having never held whisky only bourbon previously, providing an amazing roundness in flavour.
