ABOUT THE EXPRESSION

Ex-Montepulciano casks from Australian winery Mino & Co have given incredible complexity to this whisky. Taste flavours of boysenberry, pepper and milk chocolate.

300L American Oak hogsheads casks were sent to Seppeltsfield in South Australia for renowned barrel cooper Andrew Young to use his magic flame to char these precious barrels before they were sent back to us. All casks were ‘first fill’ having never held whisky, only Montepulciano Wine previously, providing an amazing catalogue of flavour.
