About Ginger Beer Whisky

This remarkable cask began its life at the renowned Starward Distillery, where it served as a first-fill Apera cask for maturing their whisky. The story only gets more intriguing – once its whisky had been drained, it travelled to our neighbours at Four Pines Brewery, where it became an integral part of their artisan series, used to barrel-age their spiced Ginger beer. Infused with this vibrant, zesty character, the cask eventually made its way to Manly Spirits Co. Distillery, where it took on its final role: as a third-fill vessel for our own new-make spirit.
