Appearance: Crisp and clean, the gin reveals a gorgeous, oily allure

Nose: The first inhalation reveals a vibrant bouquet of fresh juniper, enlivened by zesty citrus notes of blood lime. Delicate hints of coriander seed linger in the background, subtly intertwining with the refreshing essence of cucumber and the herbal allure of sea parsley.

Palate: Upon the first sip, the juniper takes centre stage, unfolding its classic piney flavour with a nuanced complexity. Crisp and invigorating, the lemon myrtle introduces a bright, lemony zest, complemented by the subtle warmth of coriander leaf. The sea parsley adds a unique maritime character, enhancing the gin's depth and providing a distinct earthy undertone.

Finish: The finish is refreshing and lingering, with the citrus elements persisting alongside the gentle herbal notes. A whisper of cucumber adds a refreshing coolness, leaving a revitalising sensation on the palate.
