A smooth and aromatic Australian single malt whisky with maritime influences from the Sydney coast matured in ex-Pinot casks laid down in 2017.

NOSE

A soft floral and nutty finish, fading into roasted coffee bean undertones.

PALATE

A delicate sweetness reminiscent of caramelised apples soaked in brandy dances on the tongue. These sweet fruits give way to rich, velvety dark chocolate and toffee characters.

FINISH

Spiced fruits and ripe oranges with hints of macadamia and walnut.

All casks were ‘first fill’ having never held whisky, only Pinot previously, providing an amazing catalogue of flavour.
