If you have a special ingredient from your garden or a favourite spice from your travels, bring it along and let your creativity run wild.
While you experiment with different gin flavours, indulge in a light selection of local cheeses, meats, and fruits. The delectable antipasto platter will complement your gin-tasting adventure, enhancing the flavours of your creations.
The crowning moment of this experience! Label, sign, and shrink-seal your exclusive 700ml gin bottle, complete with your unique tasting notes. And don't forget, you'll have some delightful leftover gin from your copper still to craft a signature cocktail of your own before leaving the Stillhouse. Any bottled purchases you make at the bar upon completing your gin class come with a $10 discount!
