INGREDIENTS

45ml Manly Spirits Australian Dry Gin
25ml Manly Spirits Mandarin Triple Sec
25ml Lemon Juice
7ml Sugar syrup
15ml Egg white or Aquafaba

METHOD

Dry shake all ingredients, shake again with ice, strain into coupette glass and garnish with lemon zest. Enjoy!
