Dirty Olive Martini

INGREDIENTS

60ml Olive Vodka
10ml dry vermouth
10ml olive brine
Green olives to garnish

METHOD

Keep the Olive Vodka in the freezer and the glass in the fridge. Add the vodka, vermouth and olive brine to a mixing glass with ice and stir for about 20 seconds. Strain into the chilled martini glass and garnish with green olives.
