10ml Worcestershire Sauce
10ml Lemon Juice
1tsp Horse Radish Paste
pinch salt & pepper
dash Celery Bitters (optional)
METHOD
Rim rocks glass with seasoning (cajun pepper, salt, lemon)
“Tumble” ingredients in a shaker
Strain over ice
Garnish with olives, cucumber, celery, and lemon
