Elegant and zesty grapefruit aroma following through to a herbaceous floral River Mint essence. Light and delicate on entry, with blooming English Stonecrop and Scots Lovage. Following with a beautiful peated barley, leaving a pleasant and resounding citrus & herbal finish.

Craro Island is an uninhabited, pristine island found along the west coast of Scotland, and despite being on the other side of the world from Manly Beach, these two worlds are fused together in Craro Island Gin with Australian natives and the foraged Scottish botanicals found scattered along its shores.
