Manly Spirits Write a Review Competition

1. Promoter

The promoter is WHITTAKER DISTILLERIES PTY LTD (ABN 20 609 079 825) of 4A/9-13 Winbourne Rd, Brookvale NSW 2100 ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The promotion commences at 12:00am (AEST) on 1 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 April 2026 ("Promotion Period").

2.2 Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

3.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3.3 Entry is only valid when made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

• (a) purchase a Manly Spirits product from manlyspirits.com.au; and
• (b) submit a product review via the Manly Spirits website for the purchased product, including a valid email address.

4.2 Entrants will receive:

• One (1) entry for submitting a valid review;
• Five (5) bonus entries for submitting a written review of 50 words or more, subject to meeting authenticity and quality requirements; and
• Five (5) bonus entries for uploading a clear, well-lit, genuine photo of the product, subject to meeting authenticity and quality requirements.

4.3 Reviews must:

• be based on genuine product experience;
• be written in the entrant's own words;
• not contain offensive, misleading or inappropriate content; and
• comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines.

4.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the authenticity and quality of all reviews and may, at its discretion, deem entries invalid if they do not meet these requirements.

4.5 Multiple entries are permitted, subject to one (1) review per product purchased.

4.6 Incomplete, indecipherable, misleading or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.

4.7 The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues.

5. Nature of Promotion

5.1 This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

6. Prize

6.1 One (1) major prize will be awarded.

6.2 The prize consists of a Manly Spirits Bar Cart Essentials Pack, including:

• 700ml Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
• 700ml Lilly Pilly Pink Gin
• 700ml Australian Dry Gin
• 700ml Zesty Limoncello
• 700ml Mandarin Triple Sec
• 700ml Vodka

6.3 Total prize value is $303 AUD.

6.4 The prize:

• (a) is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except as required by law;
• (b) must be accepted as awarded; and
• (c) is subject to any additional terms imposed by the Promoter.

7. Draw and Winner Notification

7.1 The draw will take place at 12:00pm (AEST) on 1 May 2026 at the Promoter's premises.

7.2 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

7.3 The winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw.

7.4 If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. Verification

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and proof of purchase).

8.2 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

9. Publicity

9.1 By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, review content and/or likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation, where permitted by law.

10. Privacy

10.1 Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, available at:

10.2 Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion.

11. General

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its control.

11.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
