1. Promoter

The promoter is Manly Spirits Distilling Co Pty Ltd ABN [insert ABN] of [insert registered address] ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The promotion commences at 12:00am (AWST) on 19 January 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AWST) on 19 March 2026 ("Promotion Period").

2.2 Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who make a qualifying purchase at a participating venue in Western Australia during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Employees of the Promoter, participating venues, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3.3 Entry is only valid when made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

4. Participating Venues

The Promoter reserves the right to add or remove participating venues during the Promotion Period, subject to applicable laws. Participation may vary by venue and product availability.

5. How to Enter

5.1 To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

• (a) purchase a Manly Spirits Limoncello Spritz or Manly Spirits Limoncello shot from a participating venue in Western Australia;
• (b) scan the promotional QR code available at the venue; and
• (c) complete and submit the online entry form, including:

• (i) full name;
• (ii) valid mobile phone number and email address;
• (iii) venue of purchase;
• (iv) date of purchase; and
• (v) proof of purchase as requested (including, where applicable, receipt details).

5.2 One (1) entry per person per day is permitted.

5.3 Incomplete, indecipherable, misleading, fraudulent or non-compliant entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.

5.4 The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, including but not limited to network congestion or system failure.

6. Nature of Promotion

6.1 This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

7. Prize

7.1 One (1) major prize will be awarded.

7.2 The prize consists of a $1,200 AUD prepaid Visa gift card, intended to be used towards return flights to Bali.

7.3 The prepaid Visa gift card:

• (a) will be issued to the winner following verification;
• (b) has a validity period of three (3) years from the date of issue; and
• (c) may be used anywhere Visa prepaid cards are accepted, subject to the card issuer's terms and conditions.

7.4 Flights are not booked, supplied or arranged by the Promoter. The winner is solely responsible for booking flights, selecting travel dates, and covering any additional costs beyond the $1,200 prize value.

7.5 The prize does not include accommodation, transfers, travel insurance, visas, meals, baggage fees, taxes, or any other expenses not expressly stated.

7.6 Any unused balance remaining on the prepaid Visa gift card may be used at the winner's discretion in accordance with the card issuer's terms and conditions.

7.7 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except as required by law.

7.8 Total prize value is $1,200 AUD.

8. Draw Details

8.1 The prize draw will take place at 12:00pm (AWST) on 20 March 2026 at the Promoter's offices or another location determined by the Promoter.

8.2 The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

9. Winner Notification

9.1 The winner will be contacted by phone, and if unsuccessful, by SMS, and then by email, using the contact details provided at entry.

9.2 The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner over a period of thirty (30) days from the initial notification attempt.

9.3 The winner must respond and provide any requested verification information within that thirty (30) day period to claim the prize.

9.4 The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age and eligibility before the prize is awarded.

10. Unclaimed Prize

10.1 If the prize remains unclaimed after the thirty (30) day notification period referred to in clause 8, the Promoter will conduct a redraw.

10.2 The redraw will take place at 12:00pm (AWST) on 23 April 2026 at the same location as the original draw.

10.3 The redraw winner will be notified in accordance with clause 8.

11. Publication of Winner

11.1 The winner's first initial, last name and State/Territory will be published at: manlyspirits.com.au/pages/limoncello-bali

11.2 Publication will occur within a reasonable time after the draw and remain published for a minimum period required by law.

12. Marketing & Privacy

12.1 Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering this promotion, verifying entries, and contacting the winner.

12.2 The online entry form includes an optional marketing consent checkbox. Where an entrant opts in to receive marketing communications and submits the page of the entry form containing that opt-in (including where the entrant does not complete the full competition entry process), the entrant will be subscribed to receive marketing communications from the Promoter in accordance with the consent provided.

12.3 Marketing consent is optional and not a condition of entry into the promotion.

12.4 Personal information collected (including where an entry form is partially completed) will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at manlyspirits.com.au/pages/privacy-policy.

13. Publicity

13.1 By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, image, likeness and/or any content submitted or created in connection with the promotion (including photographs or social media content), for promotional and marketing purposes related to the promotion or the Promoter, in any media, without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

14. General

14.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

14.2 If this promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to events beyond the Promoter's control, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.

15. Exclusion of Liability

15.1 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies which cannot be lawfully excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

15.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, cost or expense suffered or incurred by any person arising from or in connection with:

• (a) participation in this promotion;
• (b) any entry that is late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected;
• (c) acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of the prize or any component of the prize;
• (d) any travel undertaken in connection with the prize, including but not limited to booking flights, travel dates, airline availability, cancellations, delays, changes to fares, travel restrictions, health requirements, or safety conditions;
• (e) any goods or services purchased using the prepaid Visa gift card, including flights, accommodation, transport, or other travel-related services;
• (f) any act or omission of any third-party supplier, service provider or issuer of the prepaid Visa gift card; or
• (g) any change in value, expiry, fees, terms or conditions imposed by the prepaid Visa gift card issuer or any service provider.

15.3 The Promoter makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, suitability or quality of any goods or services purchased using the prepaid Visa gift card.

15.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from the prize. Winners should seek their own independent financial advice.

15.5 The Promoter's decision in relation to all matters arising from this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
