Manly Spirits Gin School Promotion

The offer

1. The Manly Spirits Gin School promotion is available for eligible new bookings made between 7 August and 31 August 2026 inclusive, based on Sydney time.

2. The following promotional offers apply:

1–3 people

• $201 per person, including booking fee
• The booking purchaser receives one $50 Manly Spirits promotional gift card for each paid attendee who attends the session.

4–5 people

• $159 per person, including booking fee
• A saving of $42 per person compared with the standard $201 online price.

6 or more people

• $138 per person, including booking fee
• A saving of $63 per person compared with the standard $201 online price.

3. The promotional price or voucher applicable to a booking is determined by the number of people included in that booking.

4. The $50 Manly Spirits promotional gift card applies only to bookings for 1–3 people. Bookings for 4 or more people receive the applicable discounted group rate instead and do not receive the $50 promotional gift card.

5. All offers apply to new bookings only. Changes, transfers or rebookings of bookings originally made before 7 August 2026 do not qualify.

6. All qualifying Gin School sessions must be attended by 31 December 2026, unless Manly Spirits cancels or reschedules the session.

7. Separate bookings are assessed individually. Where separate bookings otherwise satisfy these terms, each booking is eligible for the offer applicable to its number of guests.

Cancellations, no-shows and rescheduling

8. Promotional gift cards are issued only for paid attendees who attend their qualifying Gin School session.

9. No promotional gift card will be issued for an attendee whose place is cancelled, refunded or recorded as a no-show.

10. If a qualifying booking is rescheduled, it remains eligible provided the rescheduled session is attended by 31 December 2026.

11. If Manly Spirits cancels or reschedules a qualifying session, the booking will retain its promotional eligibility. Where the 1–3 person voucher offer applies, the promotional gift cards will be issued when the rescheduled session is attended.

$50 promotional gift cards — 1–3 person bookings

12. For qualifying bookings of 1–3 people, one $50 Manly Spirits promotional gift card will be issued for each paid attendee who attends the Gin School session.

13. All promotional gift cards will be emailed to the booking purchaser on the session date after attendance has been confirmed.

14. Each promotional gift card is valid for 90 days from its date of issue. The issue date and exact expiry date will be displayed on the gift card.

15. Promotional gift cards may be redeemed:

• online through the Manly Spirits online store; or
• in person at Manly Spirits Distillery and Lilly’s Bar, 4A/9–13 Winbourne Road, Brookvale NSW 2100.

16. Promotional gift cards may be used toward eligible Manly Spirits retail products, including sale items.

17. There is no minimum spend.

18. If a purchase is less than the available gift-card balance, the remaining balance stays on the gift card and may be used until it expires.

19. If a purchase exceeds the available balance, the customer must pay the difference using an accepted payment method.

20. Multiple promotional gift cards may be used in the same transaction.

21. Promotional gift cards may be used alongside eligible discount codes or promotional offers. Any additional offer remains subject to its own terms and conditions.

22. Promotional gift cards cannot be used to:

• purchase another gift card;
• book Gin School;
• book another Manly Spirits experience;
• purchase food or drinks at Lilly's Bar; or
• obtain cash.

23. Promotional gift cards are transferable. The booking purchaser may forward or give a promotional gift card to another person.

24. Manly Spirits is not responsible for a promotional gift card being used by another person after its code has been transferred, shared or disclosed.

Returns and refunds

25. Returns and refunds are subject to the Manly Spirits returns policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

26. Where a refund is payable, an amount originally paid using a promotional gift card will generally be returned to that gift card or issued as replacement store credit. Any amount paid using another payment method will be handled in accordance with the returns policy and applicable law.

27. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

General

28. Alcohol is sold only to persons aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required.

29. Manly Spirits supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol.

30. The $50 promotional gift cards are supplied at no additional cost as part of a temporary marketing promotion connected with a qualifying 1–3 person Gin School booking. They are separate from ordinary gift cards purchased from Manly Spirits.

31. Manly Spirits may vary, suspend or withdraw the promotion. Any change will not affect a qualifying booking already made before the change takes effect.
