The Home of Coastal Stone Whisky
The experience takes place inside Manly Spirits, the Brookvale home of Coastal Stone Whisky, where the whiskies in the flight were distilled and aged. Tim and the hospitality team keep the tasting relaxed and easy to enjoy, whether you already know whisky or are simply curious.
Each 90-minute session is capped at 20 guests, equal to 10 two-person bookings. There is time to taste, ask questions and enjoy filling the bottle without feeling rushed.

Changes requested more than 48 hours before the session may be moved to another available session or issued as booking credit, subject to availability. Changes within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If Manly Spirits cancels a session, guests may choose a refund or reschedule.
