About Shiraz Cask

Full size French Oak ex-Shiraz wine casks were sourced from the Barossa Valley and reformed by a Tasmanian cooperage by breaking down and reformatting into shaved and charred 100L casks.

All casks were ‘first fill’, providing an amazing fullness of flavour from the Shiraz wine previously held in the cask.
