Coastal Citrus Gin
Coastal Citrus Gin is all about summer hazy days, from beach to balmy nights, with good company thrown in. Our flavour inspiration comes from the Australian coast and its native pantry. Earthy citrus notes from Lemon Aspen partner with fresh Coriander leaf to give a punchy citrus hit which is offset by the delicate savoury flavours from local Sea Parsley. All of which is rounded out with the classic Juniper backbone. Serve with a premium tonic and garnish with a slice of lemon and sprig of thyme.

SEA PARSLEY
Sea parsley can be found growing around the sea cliffs by the beach, particularly around Whale Beach (if you’re on the Northern Beaches of Sydney). As you can imagine, sea parsley has a slight saltiness to its flavour profile from the sea spray and incoming tides, combined with a fresh continental parsley character.
LEMON ASPEN
Lemon aspen can be found in tropical climates like Queensland, and has a tart lemon and grapefruit flavour profile, yet a little earthy.
LEMON MYRTLE
Lemon myrtle has a fresh aroma of citrus and a delicate menthol and eucalyptus essence, with a sweet and refreshing lemon flavour.
FRESH CORIANDER LEAF
Fresh coriander leaf pairs nicely with the Sea Parsley in our Coastal Citrus Gin to give it an extra refreshing, lime-like flavour.
MEYER LEMON
Meyer Lemons are a little smaller and sweeter than normal lemons, and slightly less tang.
JUNIPER
If you’ve ever tried juniper berries, it’s likely that you instantly thought of gin. Juniper is what makes a gin, a gin. It’s the strong piney notes that really shine when distilled, giving gin that beautifully unique ‘gin’ characteristic.
