Lilly Pilly Nil Sour
INGREDIENTS
60ml Lilly Pilly 0%
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
20ml Aquafaba (or egg white)
Garnish with Lemon Zest
METHOD
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. Dry shake (without ice) and fine strain into a coupe glass.
