Ruby Dusk Smash
Ingredients
60ml Ruby Cascara Gin
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup (Sugar to water 1:1)
6-8 Basil Leaves
Premium Soda Water
A couple of pitted cherries / diced
Garnish with sprig of basil
Method
Build in a tall glass over ice, stir well and top with soda.
