INGREDIENTS

45ml Bronte Baths Gin

10ml Verjus

5ml Sugar Syrup

Fresh Basil Leaves (4-6)

Fresh Cucumber Slices (3-5)

Top with Soda

 

METHOD

1. Gently muddle basil, cucumber, gin, sugar and verjus in cocktail shaker, then shake.
2. Double fine strain into wine glass.

3. Top with soda water

Garnish: Cucumber ribbon
