All internet orders are dispatched in general via Courier Please or Fastway service. We do not send to post boxes
All wholesale orders are dispatched via Couriers Please and/or Fastway Couriers.
We dispatch goods Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Most orders will be delivered to your door, however in rural or remote areas the delivery may be left at the nearest Australia Post office or delivery centre. Please note drivers cannot call before delivery.
For delivery we suggest approximately 5 business days if outside of metro Sydney.
Please note that under certain circumstances Manly Spirits Co. Distillery may not be able to leave your delivery as directed under a Permission to leave box unattended/signature not required. In these instances, your complete order will be delivered to your nearest Australia Post office or delivery centre for your collection. Please also note our courier drivers cannot call before delivery.
A signature may be required for delivery. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery the courier will leave a note for collection by you from the nearest Australia Post office or delivery centre. The person collecting the goods from the Collection point must be 18 or over and able to present identification corresponding to the name of the consignee. If the order is not collected within 10 working days, it may be returned to Manly Spirits Co. Distillery and additional handling costs plus freight charges will be applied to a request for re-delivery.
Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Manly Spirits Co.
Customers will be notified of out of stocks and offered a refund or the option to wait for the product to arrive
Manly Spirits Co. Distillery will not deliver alcohol to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If the recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the alcohol.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Our price list can be accessed from our product pages and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
Manly Spirits Co. only ship physical goods within Australia, we do not ship internationally unless pre-organised with the distillery.
We undertake to accept or reject your order within 7 days. If we have not responded to you within 7 days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase however the most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that we do not currently have that product in stock.
Permission can be made to leave box unattended/signature not required by selecting our “Permission to leave box unattended/signature not required” option with your shipping details.
Manly Spirits Co. Distillery and contractors associated with the delivery do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from the Permission to leave Box unattended/signature not required method. You agree to release Manly Spirits Co. Distillery from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.
Manly Spirits Co. Distillery cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incomplete addresses provided by customers. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. If the address is incorrect and/or the delivery is refused or unable to be completed, then the order will be returned to our distribution centre and additional handling costs plus freight charges will be applied to a request for re-delivery. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is refused or unable to be completed and the customer chooses no re-delivery then a handling charge and all applicable freight charges will be deducted from any refund made. To avoid these costs, we recommend that you double-check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct and in full.
If customers are sending goods to their place of work, it is helpful if they include the business name, office tower name and level.

We want you to be 100% happy with your order and it is our aim to ensure that all products supplied to all customers arrive in perfect condition.
Manly Spirits Co. Distillery handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Please notify us within 12 days of purchase if you wish to return your order.
If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products provided that you inform us of your intention to return the products within seven working days from the date of your order being delivered. However, we will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges on to the same credit card which was initially used for the original purchase.
If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, we will also cover the cost of delivery for the return.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.
Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.
We are not liable for any product damaged in transit by the courier company, Couriers Please or a delivery driver.
