Magic Dragon

MAGIC DRAGON

Ingredients

  • 40ml Manly Spirits Australian Dry Gin
  • 15ml Creme de Violette
  • 20ml Lemon
  • 15ml Rosemary simple syrup
  • Dragon fruit (muddled)

Method

  • Muddle slice of dragon fruit (finger thickness)
  • Combine all ingredients together. Fill small half of cocktail shaker with ice, shake for 15 secs, strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice.
  • Garnish with Dragon scale of fruit + Rosemary Sprig (or edible flowers)
  • Note: To make rosemary simply syrup use a 2-1 ratio sugar and hot water, add a few (5) branches of rosemary and let the oil infuse (20mins approx)
  • Colour will range from purple to pink depending on the fruit (pink fruit will be sweeter)
