Manly Spirits gin distillery tour & tasting

Embarking on a gin distillery tour is an extraordinary way to learn about craft gin distillation and artisan spirits. The whole experience will give you the chance to see where our gin is made and understand exactly what goes into crafting what’s in your glass.

Capturing the harmony between carefree beach life and urban sophistication for which Manly is well-known, at Manly Spirits Co., we formulate, distil, bottle, and label our gins by hand in our distillery on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. The gin distillery tour is an intimate experience, a first-hand look at this process and how we create our premium Australian gins.

Share our passion and join us on a gin distillery tour

An ideal activity for gin-lovers and cocktail-aficionados, a gin tour provides you with an opportunity to discover the art of making the perfect gin from the people behind the spirit. Each of our exquisite gins is unique, created using a considered blend of sustainably sourced marine botanicals, Australian native and more traditional botanicals.

A gin distillery tour is an entertaining, informative experience for couples, friends and larger groups, a superb birthday activity and team bonding exercise. Our spirit guides will enthral you with tales of how Manly Spirits Co. came to be and the refined details that form your favourite gins.

Your gin distillery tour will begin with behind the scenes access to our production processes and area. You’ll receive an overview of our processes, with the chance to view our stills, fermentation tanks, barrel storage, and bottling setup. Your friendly and knowledgeable spirit guide will invite you to touch, taste and smell our raw ingredients including our pantry of Australian botanicals, as well as being on hand to answer any questions you have.

Following your tour of the distillery, you will join us for an in-depth tasting experience, as selected by our Head Distiller. Relax and enjoy five of our core gin expressions, yours to sit with, sip and compare. Do let us know which gin is your favourite.
