INGREDIENTS
60 ml Coastal Stone: Xplore Whisky
7ml Pale Ale syrup (or 10ml Sugar syrup)
3 dash Angostura bitter
Garnish: Orange twist
METHOD
Pour all the ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir & strain into a rock glass. Add ice and garnish with an orange zest
