60ml Lilly Pilly Pink 0.0
30ml Lime
10ml Ginger Syrup 
Pinch of Sea Salt Flakes 
Grapefruit Soda
Grapefruit Wedge

METHOD

Shake all the ingredients except the grapefruit soda.

Strain into the glass, add ice and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a slice of fresh grapefruit wedge.
