Classic cocktail
Cocktail – Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
1 part Manly Spirits Australian Dry Gin
- 3 parts tonic water (We recommend Fever Tree).
Ice: Cubed or hand-chipped
Garnish: Slice of orange
Glassware: Highball
Method: Add gin to ice-filled glass, top with tonic water and stir.
Occasion: Any time of the day. After work, aperitif, intimate drink.
Food Pairing: Cured smoked salmon with a squeeze of fresh lemon, Tapas plate of fresh olives, cured meat, and smoked cheeses.

Botanicals: Ten botanicals. Traditional gin botanicals plus aniseed myrtle, finger lime, mountain pepper leaf, and sustainably-foraged sea lettuce.
Still: 600L Holstein copper still
Method: Copper pot distillation
Base: Highest grade spirit, derived from wheat
Proof: 43% ABV (86 US Proof)
